What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Communes of Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi in the province of Trento, Italy: all between 1000 - 2300 ft above sea level with either south-eastern or south-western exposure.. Since 1902, the Ferrari estate, now owned by the Lunelli family, has been at the forefront of sparkling wine quality in Italian wine circles. And even while recognizing that the estate has never been a slouch when it comes to delivering excellent wines, I cannot help but state that this year's lineup of wines is one of the strongest across the board I have memory of. The Perle Rose is especially good but virtually everything from Ferrari is really outstanding this year. And as if that was not enough, this year the first ever Giulio Ferrari Rose bubbly was released.- From Trentino: New Releases (Jan ) by Ian D'Agata. Attractive aromas and flavors of lime, lemon and cooked apple. Hints of cream too. Full to medium body, bright acidity and a fresh finish. Always an outstanding Italian sparkling wine. Disgorged in 2014. Drink now.
