How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

In 1984, Joseph Helfrich, an artist-entrepreneur, designed a bottle with a revolutionary shape. The bottle, christened Josephine, was distinguished by its original curves: a slanted neck and a generous body. It was a real challenge at the time, even needing its own production chain! The birth of JP. CHENET, initially available in two single-varietal versions: Cabernet Sauvignon Vin de Pays d’Oc and Blanc de Blancs Vin de Pays des Cotes de Gascogne. At the time, JP. CHENET was known as J.P. CHANEL, after Jean-Paul CHANEL, Joseph Helfrich's closest collaborator, who actively contributed to the development of JP. Chenet across the world! A diversity of tastes, a choice of formats, grape varieties, sparkling wines, and new tasting experiences... Since its early days, JP. Chenet has always been innovative. The pioneer spirit has been a company tradition for over 30 years! JP. Chenet works with many winegrowers to produce its different wines: 7,000 to be precise! They play an essential role in growing the vines, harvesting the grapes and fermenting the wine. Working with the soil, climate, grapes, fermenting and maturing techniques to produce the very best wines is an exciting and demanding job!
