What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Description

Gabrio Bini worked in Milan as an architect for many years. In 1993 he came upon an opportunity to buy some 80 year old vines on the island of Pantelleria, in between Sicily and Africa. In between then and 2005, Gabrio encountered natural wines. He credits meeting and tasting with Pierre Overnoy from the Jura as a huge influence on the style of wines he learned to love, and sought to make. In 2005 he established Azienda Agricola Serragghia and started working the vines, with the help of a horse, and now vinifies entirely in Anfora, without the use of sulfur. Gabrio also produces some of the only capers you will find that are grown and harvested without the use of any chemicals at all. Normally capers are some of the most chemically treated crops on the planet, due to a species of fly that devours them. Fortunately for Gabrio, and his vines, his property sits high enough above sea level (500 meters) that the flies as well as other pests can not reach his land.
