Kellerei St. Pauls is a cooperative winery in the village of St. Pauls (San Paolo), part of Eppan an der Weinstraße, about eight kilometers southwest of Bozen in South Tyrol. Around 150 family growers farm 175 hectares, averaging one hectare each, at 500 to 700 meters above sea level on mostly volcanic and morainic soils. The cooperative focuses on native varieties, especially local reds like Schiava and Lagrein, and its growers typically use organic practices, though they are not certified.
