If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 โ€“ it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

Our team is ready and waiting to answer your questions about our rewards program! Just send us an email and we'll be in touch.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

Treveri opened its doors on November 23, 2010 with a mission to put Washington sparkling wine on the map. Since its opening, Treveri wine has been served at White House State Department receptions and the James Beard Foundation in New York. Producing a wide array of sparkling wines, including non-traditional varieties such as Riesling and Mueller-Thurgau, Treveri largely focuses on 100% varietal sparkling wines, and is also launching a reserve tier of sparkling wine. With several Estate Vineyards now in production, Treveri is committed to overseeing the entire growing and production process, from vine to bottle. Sparkling wines are typically made with white wine grapes, which thrive in cooler growing sites where rich acidity and minerality combine to bring a rich drinking experience with the finished product. Most of Treveriโ€™s vineyard sites are now located in the Naches Heights AVA, which is primarily made up of andesite rock from the Goat Rocks Lava Flow. With slightly cooler temperatures, the grapes can retain the perfect balance of acidity, sugar, and minerality to make sparkling wines. Treveri owns several vineyard sites, including the Aurum Treveri (10 acres, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay), School Land Vineyard (40 acres, Chardonnay, Kerner, Scheurrebe, Dornfelder, Pinot Gris), Basalt Springs Vineyard (16 acres, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, and Dornfelder), and Bethel Ridge Vineyard (5 acres, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier). These sites are all farmed organically. Additionally, Treveri sources grapes from the highest quality growers and vineyards, including Hilltop Vineyard, Upland Vineyard, Den Hoed Vineyard, and Marchant Vineyard. Treveri is committed to ensuring we have sustainable farming and winemaking processes. Caring for our common home is extremely important to us, and weโ€™re proud to be farming all of our estate fruit organically, and provide natural pollination and habitat buffers. We are also beginning to use regenerative farming practices, such as using mobile chicken tractors to keep weeds and pests away from the grapes, while fertilizing the soil. In our production process, we use recycled glass with a minimum of 60% recycled content. We recycle our cork, and all of our cardboard. All of our glass is recycled, as well as pallets that are no longer usable. As part of a valley-wide initiative to ensure that wastewater from wineries was contained and cleaned, Jurgen worked with key stakeholders to develop a process and protocol that wineries in the county must adhere to for safe wastewater disposal. Our practices are among the highest in the state industry.
